Cards, Multiple Choice and Wine Duel. Follow the annual vine cycle, bottle fermentation and Madeira heating methods. Check answers to course questions, then compare two approaches or wine styles.

Open Response. Read written exam questions with excerpts from their model answers and marking breakdowns. Both references are available before you write.

Tasting. The D4 example shows how to record colour and intensity in a tasting sheet. Tasting is available in D4 and D5; D1 has no tasting section.
